There will be an AA-EVP Conference July 11 – 12, 2009 at the Westin Los Angeles Airport Hotel. Presenters will focus on techniques for EVP/ITC and we have many successful experimenters demonstrating their methods in “live” formats. Various EVP recording techniques will be shown along with analysis of the results. There will be ITC workshops showing the video-loop, moving-water and crystal-reflection methods. The forensic analysis of EVP will also be presented.

We are offering members an amazing conference price for “Early Bird’ registration before January 1. The “Early Bird’ price of $150 for this 2 day educational conference is almost half of what the cost will be at the door. Planned Presenters

Phil Akin – Using a Webcam and Notebook computer for the reception of Video-ITC images.
	Phil will provide an overview of the process, including equipment and steps for generating a video feedback loop using a webcam and notebook computer. This will include a live demonstration of the technique he has found successful, including setup, configuration and recording a video feedback loop session.
Debbie Caruso – Group Conference Call EVP Recording
	Debbie is an AA-EVP Certified Practitioner. She has been successful recording for others via conference calls and the Internet. She has appeared on The Maury Show, during which she has captured evidential EVP and images. See www.listentothisforme.com.
Martha Copeland – Recording EVP from the Big Circle
	Martha is Co-Founder of the Big Circle and is an AA-EVP Certified Practitioner. Her book, I’m Still Here, about the loss of her daughter Cathy, and how the big Circle began, was published by AA-EVP Publishing. She has appeared on radio and TV. See: www.evpcommunications.com.
Bill Chappell – Environmentally Stimulated Speech Synthesis for EVP
	Bill is owner of Digital Dowsing and developer of the Paranormal Puck which uses environmental energy to control speech synthesis. This approach to EVP has been demonstrated to work in a real-time conversation mode. See: www.digitaldowsing.com.
Margaret Downey - Assorted Radio Sweep Techniques and Water Reflection ITC
	Margaret is a Certified Practitioner and has made many media appearances. She has been highly successful capturing visual ITC images of loved ones for others, using light reflected from moving water. See: www.ITCdeadpeople.com and www.downeyitc.com.
Chris Fleming – Working With The Media
	As a sensitive and investigator Chris has been recording EVP since age 7 with his first reel-to-reel player. He published Unknown Magazine: Real Experiences of Unusual Phenomena from 1997 to 2001. For three years, he was the co-host of the popular TV show Dead Famous. He has also appeared as guests on TV programs and has made speaking appearances in many venues. He now hosts the Podcast: Spirit Talk. Chris will describe some of the challenges he encountered in working with the media. See www.unknownmag.com
Cindy Heinen and David Schumacher – Applying Science to  Investigations Dave Schumacher and Cindy Heinen (Southern Wisconsin Paranormal Research Group) – Applying Science to  Investigations   Looking beyond commonly held beliefs, the SWPRG applies descriptive, correlational and experimental research methods to look for the scientific truths in the paranormal.  A review of their methods, equipment and findings will be presented. Garrett Husveth and Tom Owen - The Forensic Analysis of EVP Garrett is a court-approved expert Forensic Examiner dealing with computers and other digital media. He is also in the process of becoming a certified Audio and Video Forensic Examiner. He is currently applying the latest technologies to ghost, poltergeist, survival and EVP research See: www.hauntednewjersey.com. Tom Owen of Owl Investigations specializes in Digital Voice Identification, Audio & Video Analysis. See www.owlinvestigations.com Alexander MacRae (Scotland) – Analyzing EVP Alexander worked for NASA with speech and hearing technology on manned spacecraft. Author of EVP and New Dimensions, Alec has successfully captured EVP in a emf and acoustically screened room. He is amongst a very few ITC researchers to receive grant money for EVP/ITC research, and has been published in a number of peer-reviewed journals. Vicki Talbott – Recording EVP through Traditional Means Vicki is a Certified Practitioner and was an early member of the Big Circle with her son, Braden. Braden is a frequent communicator active in the 4Cell experiments. She has made a number of media appearances.    And Tom and Lisa Butler – Receiving ITC from Light Reflected off Crystals The Butlers are Directors of the AA-EVP and have worked with a number of techniques for visual ITC. Light reflected from crystals has produced features that have, on occasion, been recognized by loved ones. See www.aaevp.com Julie Beischel, Phd and Mark Boccuzzi, Windbridge Institute – Update on EVP Research Study Funded by the AA-EVP Windbridge Institute is the recipient of the first Sarah Estep Research Fund grant to study real-time EVP conversations. Marti and Michael Parry, Mediums - Demonstrating both Messages and Spirit Drawings Michael is able to deliver an accurate message from across the veil, while Marti is drawing people, often recognizable as the person understood to be speaking from the other side.
